27 Albion cottage is literally your complete home away from home, hopefully pretty much the way you would do it. It has everything you need from DStv Premium to a Nespresso machine, from an industrial-sized continuous power supply to 300 thread count linen, from a glorious winter fireplace to enough indoor and outdoor standing, sitting and counter space to comfortably host cocktails and snacks for thirty guests.

Kirstenbosch Gardens, the Cable Car, Cavendish Shopping Centre, UCT, Newlands Forest, the City Bowl, the Waterfront, Baxter theatre, Rondebosch golf clubs, Forries and Barristers, the Atlantic Seaboard, all the schools, Cape Town Stadium, the Constantia wine farms, the list goes on forever!

A slightly more functional bedroom (also en suite) is across the entrance hall from the main bedroom. Two three-quarter beds help fill the room and making it cool in summer and cosy in winter.

A lovely surprise awaits you at the back of the property - a high-walled outdoor area complete with comfortable, functional seating and a permanent table for eight. Oh, and a plunge pool as well for those hot, still Cape Town evenings.

Brigitte walsh
Brigitte lives in the cottage next door to 27 Albion and is readily available to take bookings, welcome you in, answer questions and resolve any issues as and when they arise. She will also leave you totally to your own devices once you're settled in. And she is a font of knowledge on Rondebosch and surrounds!
